Chicago Gothic & Lolita

my first random lolita spotting*!!!  i'm at work, and my office overlooks the chicago brown line stop.  i happened to look out the window just in time to see a lolita with a group of students walking along the platform... brown pigtails, and a mint dress (ap rose toilette maybe)?  and i don't know her!  was half tempted to run outside and try to find her but that would probably be weird.  so instead i post here and on egl)!  who are you??

*technically my third sighting but the other 2 don't count.  one was jola on the bus (i had not met her yet at that point, but neither of us was dressed up) and the other was treesdancealone waiting for a train (because i already knew her) XD
